The Swimmingly® Timing System is a semi-automatic timing platform that replaces traditional stopwatches with a simple, in-app solution. Each timer uses their own smartphone, which connects wirelessly to the Starter’s device. All timers get an automatic, synchronized start and every time you tap to stop a swim, the results sync instantly, accurate, organized, and ready to view.

How It Works

- Timers Join the Meet: Each lane timer joins the meet by scanning a QR code. Within seconds, their phone is connected and synced with the Starter’s device.
- Synchronized Start: The Starter begins each race, and all timers’ devices start timing at the exact same moment. Timers don’t have to do anything at the start of the race. This ensures accuracy and consistency across every lane while reducing the chance of human error.
- Tap to Stop: When the swimmer finishes, the timer simply taps their phone to record the time. That’s it, no need to write anything down.
- Automatic Sync & Results: Times are instantly sent to the Scorekeeper and combined with the event data. Results are calculated automatically and available in real time.
